How We Use “Derived Learning” to Develop a Believable Model of Leadership

A series of experiments are used to help participants discover for themselves the power of the skills presented. We call this “Derived Learning”. The skills are developed in a specific sequence that simplifies the understanding of complex methods. At a different time in the program each participant will suddenly see the picture of the puzzle being put together; that each piece is not just another handy tool, but a part of a practical model of leadership that can be used to improve the results they obtain
